Jessica represents executives and companies in all areas of equity compensation and employee benefits. She frequently drafts, negotiates, and advises with respect to offer letters, employment agreements, separation agreements, equity plans and accompanying award agreements, phantom equity and bonus awards, and deferred compensation arrangements. 

She assists clients in navigating complex tax issues arising under Internal Revenue Code Sections 83(b), 280G, and 409A.
