Stanley Kolodziejczak
Stanley Kolodziejczak advises clients on international tax matters. He provides services through SK Law LLC.
His clients include software, e-commerce, semi-conductor, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies; manufacturers and service providers; venture capital and other private equity funds; foreign investors in U.S. real estate; and highly-compensated individuals.
Stanley’s transactional practice includes cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and collaborations, financing transactions (debt and equity) for funds and portfolio companies, and executive transfers. He provides advice on the establishment and reorganizations of international operations, technology transfers, cost-sharing arrangements, fund formations, fund investments, and executive and employee compensation and benefit agreements.
Stanley began his career with one of the Big Four accounting firms (PwC), where he worked for 24 years in the firm’s New York, London, and Philadelphia offices. He joined the global law firm White & Case in 2019.
