Lisa Okragly
Lisa Okragly advises corporate clients on a broad range of tax matters, including choice of entity, entity conversions, midstream liquidity events, and mergers and acquisitions. She counsels clients on qualified small business stock (QSBS) issues and prepares QSBS attestation letters. Before joining Baker Tax Law, Lisa served as a tax associate at Faegre Drinker, Brown Rudnick, and Skadden.
Prior to law school, Lisa worked as a management associate and auditor for a large energy company in New York, where she was responsible for responding to state audit requests and managing compliance matters.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, snowboarding, going to concerts, and is an avid runner.
