Jamison Klang is chair of the firm’s compensation and benefits practice. He represents emerging companies and executives in compensation and employee benefit matters.

Jamison advises on the design of equity compensation and bonus plans and their tax and securities law implications. He is experienced in negotiating employment and separation agreements and counseling clients with respect to issues that arise in corporate transactions.
